In 2015, the landscape of e-commerce was rapidly evolving, and it felt like being left behind if one didn't grasp the intricacies of this domain. In the realm of e-commerce, the emphasis on diverse SKU (Stock Keeping Unit), bestselling products, and the presentation of images required a keen understanding of formats to captivate customers. I embarked on learning in this field, often sneaking in modifications to images while my child was asleep. Did I possess an innate skill for it? Mothers often say, 'I don't know this or that.' In reality, who is born knowing everything? It's all about encountering challenges, hitting roadblocks, and continuous experimentation.
By the time 2022 arrived, the Movement Control Order (MCO) brought about a sudden surge in live streaming surpassing traditional e-commerce. Many preferred watching videos rather than visiting physical stores. I felt compelled to keep up and found myself reluctantly diving into live streaming. However, I soon discovered that social commerce path wasn't suitable for me, as it demanded juggling too many aspects. I faced misunderstandings and accusations of having a short-lived enthusiasm for live streaming, but I persisted – consistently. Yet, the path I ultimately choose aims to lead the way in re-commerce, bringing deeper significance to society and the environment. I don't seek fame, but I hope that this endeavor can inspire all mothers, assisting them in solving problems and restoring their homes to their original glory. I envision a more environmentally friendly Malaysia.
