DELIVERY WITHIN MALAYSIA

1.  Please note that shipping charges are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

2. If the product is in-stock, delivery is within 3 to 5 business days and 14 working days for International delivery which could be subject to delay due to Customs Clearance and/or by Local Postal Service of the recipient's country.

3. If due to any unforeseen reasons any product(s) in a Transaction is not-in-stock, the whole order will be canceled and refunded. The new order is to be submitted for the in-stock product(s).

4. Request for separate/partial delivery shall not be entertained.

5. In the event that the item(s) or parcel is undelivered and/or unclaimed by the customer from Courier Company and item(s) / parcel is returned to Mikali, we will cancel and refund the order. The customer will have to re-submit a fresh new order. The re-delivery request shall NOT be entertained.

6. Free Shipping is available for orders above a minimum purchase amount of RM250 for Peninsular Malaysia only. Free delivery is unavailable for any orders exceeding 15kg.

7. Orders are shipped on business days only.

8. Business days exclude public holidays and weekends.
