Usage Instructions: 

1. Cold Therapy

☑ Keep in freezer for at least 1 hour before use

☑ Place pads (without cases) inside a bowl of cold water

* Recommended for Freezer: Freeze for 1 hour without cover

2. Hot Therapy

☑  Heat in hot water for 10 minutes

☑  Heat in Microwave with the cloth cases

* Recommended watt for MICROWAVE (with cover): Reheat function / 1000 watt > 3-5 seconds

** If not hot can add another 3-5 seconds

*** Recommended for boiled water (without cover): soak in boiled water > 5-10 minutes
